Roadmaps
Org roadmaps are structured learning paths published by your organization — skills, milestones, and resources ordered so you know what to learn next.
What it is
- A catalog of org-managed paths (distinct from your private personal roadmaps).
- Progress is yours: completing nodes updates your journey without editing the org template.
- Some skill nodes may open a quiz when you mark them complete.
Where in the app
- Growth Hub — path cards and “next step” prompts under My View → Goals & Learning.
- Roadmaps — browse and continue paths you have started.
- Mobile-friendly List view when the graph is hard to use on a small screen.
Viewer modes
| Mode | Best for | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Map | Desktop exploration | Visual graph of dependencies between skills/milestones |
| List | Mobile / focus | Checklist ordered by topology |
| Next step | Daily progress | Highlighted recommended action at the top |
Step-by-step
- Open Growth Hub or Roadmaps from My View.
- Choose an org path card (or continue one already started).
- Switch Map / List as needed.
- Complete the highlighted next step (skill, milestone, or resource).
- If a quiz appears, finish it to lock in completion for that skill node.
- Return later — progress is saved on your membership for that path.
Tips
- Fork an org path into a personal roadmap when you need a private variant.
- Managers can assign org paths via learning assignments.
- Pair roadmaps with OKRs when a KR tracks path completion.
