This page explains where integration data lands and what decisions it unlocks.

Resource Guru → Delivery and Accounts

Resource Guru sync writes assignment data linked to:

• person
• project
• client/account

That data is consumed in:

• Manager → Accounts → Resources for account-level capacity/utilization context.
• Delivery/operations decisions around staffing pressure and billable balance.

Integration control plane → Reliability and governance

Integration runs, items, conflicts, and mappings power the operational control plane:

• run history and status
• conflict queues
• readiness checks
• field ownership policy

Use this to detect whether data is trustworthy before acting on downstream dashboards.

Integrations → TRACK strategy execution

TRACK routes and plays are strategic artifacts, but they gain execution value when linked to real delivery signals.

• Route/project links help connect growth hypotheses to active delivery work.
• Play/assignment links help convert strategy into accountable actions.
• Project Assessments provide quality/risk evidence that can validate or challenge route assumptions.

Integrations → Capability Distribution actions

Capability analytics identifies skill gaps and fit buckets.

From bucket drilldown, managers/admins can now:

• select users
• choose a skill target
• bulk-create recommended learning assignments

This closes the loop from observation to action.

Recommended operating flow

1. Validate sync health (runs/conflicts) in the Integrations workspace — see Integrations.
2. Review account delivery + project assessments.
3. Inspect capability distribution for weak buckets.
4. Launch targeted learning assignments.
5. Re-check trend evolution and account outcomes.

Coming-soon providers (Slack, GitLab, BambooHR, Lattice) do not produce sync data yet — ignore those hub cards for operating decisions.
