Personal Roadmaps
Build your own learning path, or fork an org roadmap and adapt it without changing the original.
What it is
- Paths you own under My paths / Growth Hub.
- Default visibility is private (only you).
- Optional shared visibility publishes to community paths (searchable by others when enabled).
Where in the app
- Growth Hub → Create my path or Fork on an org roadmap card.
- Direct create:
/t/{tenant}/my-paths/new(path may vary slightly by tenant nav labels). - Learning — self-assign your path so it appears alongside other assignments.
Step-by-step
Create a path
- Open Growth Hub.
- Choose Create my path.
- Add a title, description, and nodes (skills, milestones, resources).
- Save. Visibility stays private unless you change it.
Fork an org roadmap
- Find an org path on Growth Hub or Roadmaps.
- Choose Fork.
- Edit the copy — reorder, remove, or add nodes.
- Track progress on the forked path independently from the org original.
Self-assign
- Open your personal path.
- Choose Self-assign (or add it from Learning assignments when offered).
- Complete nodes like any other learning assignment.
Privacy
| Visibility | Who can see content |
|---|---|
| Private (default) | Only you |
| Shared | Community / knowledge surfaces per tenant policy |
Private paths do not appear in other users’ knowledge-base search.
Tips
- Use forks when the org path is 80% right but your role needs different skills.
- Save a growth plan snapshot after major path changes so 1:1s have history.
- Managers can suggest forks from growth plans without editing your private content.
